FAZ not receiving logs

Hi,

My customer has recently changed to RAID10 on their FAZ 1000C.

All FGT's are now registered back to it and they are looking to restore the logs back to the FAZ.

However, the event log is showing the following and none of the device's are sending logs to the FAZ...

"total storage size 0(GB) is less than max limit 4000(GB), resume to receive logs"

Any idea what I need to "resume" to kick this into life?

Kindly check with following from CLI.. # get system status    get system performance    diag sys raid status If total size is 0(GB), you need to format the disk first. Re-create the RAID with following command.. # exec format disk-ext4 Raid-10    ... [use tab to check options]
