FA 5.0.6/5.0.7: Alerts email messages have no body.

Our company recently upgrade from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2013. Since then FA alert messages contain no body. It appears that the cause is that FA is not adding two CRLF' s after the Subject: line in the DATA section. See packet capture from FA to Exchange 2013 containing subject. The subject line is only follows be on CRLF. In fact, it is followed by LFCRLF. I have seen this and opened a ticket with Fortigate but have not heard of a resolution yet.

Hi rsmayer, This is a known issue and there is a fix under testing. If you have a ticket number, you probably can follow-up with the support to request the image for testing. The internal bug #: 246954 LC
