Endpoint Signature database out of date

Hello,

 

I'm not sure if this is a forticlient issue or something that needs to be tweeked on the Fortinet appliance. We have 2 users that constantly report that the:

endpoint signature database is out of date

Current 61.00980

61.00962, somecomputer, someip, 2018-09-04 16:04:25"

, but nothing is out of date when I look at the forticlient at each of the 2 machines, all I see is green checks, nothing out of date. The email is from forticlient EMS. The forticlient version is 5.4 and we kept that version because 5.6 gave us issues with dropbox. Has anyone seen this before?

Hello,

yes, many Clients has diffrent signatures since the update is searching for new signatures.

Some Clients must be reboot, because the update process failes. We update now to 6.0.x and hope this will work better.

I have the same problem. Just started today. I haven't been able to verify any of the PCs yet though.
