Hi Hoang. The entire string " MCIPADD=10.171.230.8,MCPORT=1719,HTTPSRVR=10.171.230.8,VLANTEST=0" needs to be converted to hexadecimal before it can be added as an DHCP option. I believe you can stack multiple options 242 entries, though whether both entries will be passed or picked up by the viop phone is a good question. Any Google search should turn up information on how to convert ascii to hex, such as this one. See also KB FD30584

I just learned something today with the options.. in OS 5 We have noticed when you use options in DHCP.. you have to use CLI.. With that we have two options for our Avaya phones. Well if we have to change anything within the DHCP settings we have re-apply the options every time. Why did they remove the options section in the DHCP setting???.. I was hoping they would have not changed that.
