Create exclude for sender
Hello, community.
Periodically, one customer sends us from his address, which does not change to the personal manager, password-protected archives. The password archive is usually the current date. Messages are always quarantined. I have to look for them there manually. How can I create an exception to skip emails automatically?

you can work with recipient base policy for that particular sender and remove inspection such as AS or AV.

A large number of parameters. What do you mean by basic policy? How can I add a single sender exception to this policy?

I added new rules to Policy - Access Control, IP Policy & Recipient policy(here AntiVirus and Antispam bypass)
But that didn't solve my problem.
