Certificate SSL VPN issue

we currently have a 800c build642 , Have two vdoms, root and another for network antivirus scanning. THe issue is i was tasked with bring up the SSL VPN feature on root it works fine, The Issue is , i made a CSR request to go daddy from the global >local certificates . When i received two .crt files , i cannot upload them back into local certificates under global. It comes up with a invalid error. Now i need that CA approved certificate for when end uses connect they dont reveive invalid certificate error. Any input would be deeply appreiciated

In the drop-down menu for the certificate type, could you try with the other options? You have:

-Local Certificate (one monolithic file)

-PKCS #12 Certificate (as the name says)

-Certificate (this takes a certificate file and a key file)

 

Do you know the purpose of both .crt files?

they have several options to download your CA cert from godaddy, example , tomcat, apache, iis7 and other , each giving the cacert a different format to save it as for you to import into your fortigate , ive tried it all, any advice would be appreciated..

Focus on Apache...none of the three methods work?
