Hi all,
we're using a Fortigate 100E provided by our ISP. It shared and we can't filter logs in Fortiview -> Sources window and I think that the info we see there is wrong because of the fact that I have been downloading a file for 5 minutes and I was not able to find me in that list.
I attach an screenshot from the configuration page.
They always say that the reason is because we're in a shared Fortigate but I think that should be any solution to this problem.
Can you help me? Are they right?
