I using fortigate 200D with version 5.2.7

You mean a chrome extension that performs VPN?

You would have to be a little more specific.

My guess is that most work like an SSL Proxy... If that's the case, the best shot would be to work with the application profile to block the proper applications.

Hello aunghtunoo,

If you meant the VPN extensions, you should be able to block the VPNs with our "Proxy" category. Many of the extensions have their own signature like "Hotspot.Shield", "Hola.VPN", etc. The less popular ones more often just establish a local proxy which can be blocked with the "Proxy.HTTP" signature. If you find any VPN that bypass the FortiGate, please let me know. Thanks.

@hmtay_FTNT Hey hmtay In my organization we have Fortigate 200D , my users use Google Chrome Extension called VPN-free.pro , its bypassed by proxy category and Proxy.HTTP signature , Any assistance on how to block that would be appreciated.
