AV update doesnt´t work (IPS do)

Hello, i have a very strange behavior on a 800c, IPS engine gets update but AV not, not even if i try to push... all registred all licenses are valid.. any idea? or should i better oppen a ticket because thats a bug?

Have you verified this on the GUI or on the CLI?

Have you tried to manually update the AV defs? Review this old thread and see if it is similar to what you are experiencing. The link I have posted at the end of that thread shows how to downgrade/rollback the AV def if you are having the same/similar issue.

hi, thanks for replays. manually update works, i ill try to upgrade today on 5.0.9 maybe this would solve the Problem
