Webfilter - Fortinet Secure DNS Service Portal

As of now, some websites and specific URLs are considered blocked for my connections from my own PC - my mom who uses Fortinet for her work has her laptop connected to it.

For some reason which I don't know from where originated, Fortinet decides to block my connection to certain websites despite not doing so in the past. 

VPN seems to break through but I don't want to keep getting bothered about a VPN when this problem has existed from the first place till now.

Any help? It also keeps resetting my Google to SafeSearch on constantly without any ability to change it.
