Anyone else noticed that the number of registered users on these forums
have suddenly gone down? I' m sure I remember it being over 30,000 and
today there are under 15,000!! What is happening?
Try opening a customer service ticket with Fortinet and asking them to
register the device to you. I think they reach out to the former owner
but will eventually transfer the device if they get no reply. Ho-ho.
The 6.2.1 release notes clearly do not mention Catalina as being

Ivan, My understanding is that FC-10-00116-950-02-12 includes "24x7
FortiCare", and that "24x7 FortiCare" always includes Advance Hardware
replacement. Ho-ho.
I would think that if you transfer the contract from the "broken" unit
to the cold-standby then you will not be able to create an RMA request
for the "broken" unit as it will no longer have a contract.
