The change to the HQIP download was made sometime last year. It now looks for the correct version of HQIP based upon your SN (since many different HQIP versions can exist for some models).
If you are not seeing a link to download for your SN then check the error message. I am guessing that it is not finding your SN and then will ask you to contact support for help.

I think they have changed that too.
There's now a serial number request which only gives you the HQIP for that model. I don't have any FG200As under support :(

sorry not correct link is only for HD Flash test only as mentioned befory for HQIP you have to enter support account and enter Serial Number after that the corresponding image will be displayed:
Thanks Andrea. That's the correct link but it gives me an error: "An appropriate HQIP Image cannot be found for the SN that has been entered. Please create an RMA ticket for assistance".

I am in the middle of a project to migrate to some new FG100Ds.
My thanks to the Fortinet support team. I logged a ticket and they gave me the image I need for the test.
