You can do this in the GUI, under User & Device > User Definition you
will see all the users. In the far right column there's a column called
'Ref'. Click the number next to the user to show you all the groups it's
been added to.
DLP is not available in the GUI anymore, it's done in the CLI. There are
some DLP functionality you can use in the webfilter profile, but the
rest is done in the CLI.
