I can't display the logs from more than 31 days, and this message appear
in fortimail " Please correct search time before processing, the maximum
time range is 31 days and 23 hours " are there any methods to extend
this period.
I tried to configure a ipsec vpn with a remote site beteween fortigate
and cisco firewall but the vpn status as mentioned in the below
screenshoot, and no traffic pass to the remote site, are there any idea
for this issue.
we have a forrtiManager as a VM, we installed it in our network and
after finished from it's configuration, then the server is rebooted
after that and all the configuration on the fortiManager is deleted, we
tried many time to restore our backup file...
When I tried to import the Policy from FortiGate 400E with firmware

when i adjust the start and end time it working very well for one month,
But i need display the log from 3 months when i adjust the time for 3
months this error appear, are there any opting to make the fortimail
display the logs from 3 months ago.
thanks @sw2090 ,the problem is solved after change the prefix in the
FortiGate configuration file, but a new issue appeared after imported
the fortigates to fortimanger-VM, the configuration on the fortimanger
is deleted after reboot the fortimanger-...
