We have an operating 80CM providing an IPSec tunnel to another Fortigate
on the Internet through WAN1. We would like to add an ASA connecting to
the DMZ Port connecting to another ASA on the Internet through WAN1. The
80CM should not touch the ASA/DM...
Just a funny.... on a factory reset FortiWifi 80CM, in
System->Network->Interface..... the Link Status shows as UP for Internal
but there are not any cables connected. There are no lights lit for
Internal on the front. Is this a known bug?
Hello Group! I am trying to get an ipsec tunnel up between an 80CM and
an ASA.We are using certificates.We are using 5.2.4 Certificates were
loaded manually through the cli as the gui doesn't like them.However
once entered in the cli they show up nic...

at that point several months ago, I set up static routing on both
Fortis.......Then Firewall objects defined.Then Policies defined to
allow connection.At that point I don't think I had any tunnel up yet.
Mine has a switch and an interface mode. I am in switch mode. (the
default I think). The virtual thing I remember now but what is
interesting is that if I plug in a cable the light on front goes on.Also
the window says that Internal is a Physical int...
ok - a self reply.......... new box so default settings I guess. Under
System > Features > Security Features > Show More > Certificates Turn
that on ....... Didn't read that anywhere - just found it while
cruising the gui. Certificate menu now shows...
