Just a funny.... on a factory reset FortiWifi 80CM, in System->Network->Interface..... the Link Status shows as UP for Internal but there are not any cables connected.
There are no lights lit for Internal on the front.
Is this a known bug?

Is your 80CM in switch-mode or interface-mode for internal-switch-mode? "internal" is a logical interface and in my case with FG60D v5.2.3 is in "internal-mode" and internal is hard-switch/virtual switch that has 7 members of physical interfaces (internal1...internal7). And the status of "internal" is always up unless I "set status down" which all member physical interfaces are "down" if nothing is connected.
Sorry for a typo. I meant " ..v5.2.3 is in "interface-mode"...
Mine has a switch and an interface mode.
I am in switch mode. (the default I think).
The virtual thing I remember now but what is interesting is that if I plug in a cable the light on front goes on.
Also the window says that Internal is a Physical interface.
I just find this presentation weird but if that is what it is - then that's it.
thanks.
