Description This article describes an issue when generating 360 Degree Reports through FortiGate Cloud containing 'No data to display'.

First, make sure that Cloud Logging is enabled and the Connection status shows as 'Connected', as shown below. For more information, refer to this article

The 360 Degree Activities Report data comes from the web filter logs and application logs related uploaded by the FortiGate.

If there are no web filter and application logs uploaded by this device, all charts in 360-degree activities report will be empty.

 

To confirm this,  go to Logs & Report -> Security Events -> Web Filter & Application control page and check if there are logs populated.

 

If none, enable logging on the web filter and application control profiles. It is setting the action to 'Monitor' logs allowed traffic.

Note that setting the action to 'Monitor' is similar to 'Allow' which permits the traffic to flow but also logs the traffic for analysis.
