Description | This article describes an issue when generating 360 Degree Reports through FortiGate Cloud, containing 'No data to display'. |
Scope | FortiGate, FortiGate Cloud. |
Solution |
First, make sure that Cloud Logging is enabled and the Connection status shows as 'Connected', as shown below. For more information, refer to Technical Tip: Sending logs to FortiCloud
The 360 Degree Activities Report data comes from the web filter logs and application logs related to uploads by the FortiGate. If there are no web filter logs and/or application logs uploaded by this device, charts in the 360-degree activities report may be empty.
To confirm this, go to Logs & Report -> Security Events -> Web Filter & Application Control page and check if there are logs populated.
If none, enable logging on the web filter and application control profiles. It is setting the action to 'Monitor' logs, and allowing traffic. Note that setting the action to 'Monitor' is similar to 'Allow', which permits the traffic to flow but also logs the traffic for analysis.
