Login to the FortiGate Cloud Portal. 'Double-click' the selected FortiGate Serial number:
Navigate to the left-side menu Report -> Schedule:
On the right side, select 'Schedule'.
On the Schedule tab, Select the preferred timing -> Daily or Weekly; if there is a subscription, it can be set monthly.
Set the email address of the desired recipient of the 360 report.
Note: If there is a FortiCloud subscription, it is possible to set other pre-defined report options on the Report tab.
As of FortiGate Cloud v25.1.a and later versions: without a paid subscription, it is not possible to customize or schedule this report. FortiGate Cloud automatically runs this report weekly. There will be an error shows 'Unable to run selected report' when trying to schedule this report. |
