This article describes how to view logs sent from the local FortiGate to the FortiGate Cloud. In this example, the local FortiGate has the following configuration under Log & Report -> Log Settings.

If the FortiGate is attached to the same FortiCloud and FortiGate Cloud account, the portal is also accessible: Log in to Fortinet Support and navigate to Services -> FortiGate Cloud.
Select Reports, Logs, and Log archives as appropriate. The device can be selected here:
The Logs will now be visible.
Note: If FortiGate does not show up under FortiGate Cloud, make sure the correct region portal is selected.

Note: Since Feb 28, 2025: for a FortiGate device without an active FortiGate Cloud subscription, it is required that the device is updated to the latest firmware patch within 7 days of a new GA patch release to continue using this feature (FortiGate Cloud logging).
