Description

This article describes how to view logs sent from the local FortiGate to the FortiGate Cloud.

In this example, the local FortiGate has the following configuration under Log & Report -> Log Settings.

Scope FortiGate Cloud, FortiGate.
Solution
  1. Visit login.forticloud.com in browser and login to FortiGate Cloud.

If the FortiGate is attached to the same FortiCloud and FortiGate Cloud account, the portal is also accessible: Login to support.fortinet.com and navigate to Services -> FortiGate Cloud.

  1. Right-click on the listed FortiGate(s) and select 'Analysis'.

If using the new FortiGate Cloud Layout, hover over the device until a pop-up appears and select 'Device View'.

Select the desired event type under Logview and select the Logs tab.

Result:

 

The Logs are now visible.
