I'm not entirely sure what you meant by restoring a FMG VM via HA but
you are able to restore the FMG VM into the primary unit and
subsequently sync the config across to the secondary unit once the
restoration is done on the primary unit.
Based on my understanding, all outputs from Event Monitor can only be
shown in the GUI, not CLI/API. You can however choose to export all
events as a CSV file.
