Are you adding the user directly to the SSLVPN Auth/ portal mapping or
adding them to a group and adding the group to the mapping?did you add a

resolution for anyone who runs into this.Disconnected Fortimail from the
Fortisadbox in system > Fortisandbox and then re-added the sandbox
connection back to fortimail. After this, mail was being held until the
sandbox had finished.

I've boiled it down to an MTU setting but having some issue finding the
solution. I have set the internet sub interface to mtu-1492 and I have
set the software switch tcp-mss to 1390 to allow for overheadsstill no
joy.
