HelloI have problem when i try to ping from the router it's showing
request timeout.I can able to ping from the windows system from the
remote location as well as Locally I also checked with my core switch to
ping fortigate interface i can ping it.On...
When i try to connect from the forticilent it's showing me this
error"unable to reach tunnel gateway/policy server" I'm using the UDP
port numbers to reach the tunnel these are (500 and 4500) Please Help

check the DHCP option on the fortigate if you have the other dhcp server
Go to interface and change the configuration Please find the attached if
you have configured the dhcp on the FG then you can specify the dns as
per your doamin
can you please clear little bit more i ran diag sniffer command on the
fortigate but not able to understand on that it's showing me lot of ip's
which's hitting to the interface on the fortigate i got the reply from
the router to my pc on fortigate27....
