unable to reach tunnel gateway/policy server

When i try to connect from the forticilent it's showing me this error

"unable to reach tunnel gateway/policy server"

 

I'm using the UDP port numbers to reach the tunnel these are (500 and 4500) 

 

Please Help

Hi, can you take a screen shot of your VPN setting on your forticlient?
