Please take a good look at the datasheet for the new E-Series Secure
Access Switches?It says that the 1xx E-Series have a Network Latency of
staggering 4ms !!! - thats about 4000 times slower than swithes from
other vendors. Are they really that slow...
We use FortiAP-C220C (v5.2-build0028) with all sorts of issues. Some
clients do not see any SSID's at all while other clients can connect but
do not get internet connection. The AP also "leave" and "join" the
FortiCloud controller without any reason....
This worked for the Linux Client. Have not tested the Windows Client.You
can enable "Fortiguard Analytics" by editing the XML Configuration. This
will set Dynamic Threat Detection to ON

Totally agree. I was excited about the new feature that attempts to make
the swithcontroller work with mulitble VDOMs. I have not tried it yet,
as the documentation says that some of the bare essentials like STP (and
related), QoS, 802.1X etc. are no...
I think so too, but this type of typing error destroys the credibility
of the entire document.Does any one know where to get the correct data
for the E-Series Switches?
