public IP block which can be advertised to ISP. what is NPU? what is the
impact if losing NPU offloading?
Thanks @ozkanaltas , the issue is not consistent. After we re-choose
language on web browsers, it doesn't occur again. As it is production
env, can't remove the security profile to test.

build1577. Web proxy and SSL inspection both are enabled. Web filtering
is enabled based on the windows AD user groups , which is configured on
FortiAuth.
