Hello I purchased a FortiGate 50e from eBay but its registered to an
email which no longer exists because the company went out of business
after contacting the seller for help. How can I change the registered
email? I need firmware for my device.

No I can't upgrade the firmware or even downgrade for that matter. I
bought this off ebay and can't register to my account. Who on earth puts
firmware behind registration?!?!
