transfer registration email to another email

I purchased a FortiGate 50e from eBay but its registered to an email which no longer exists because the company went out of business after contacting the seller for help.

How can I change the registered email? I need firmware for my device.

I am sorry to say that we do not support the ebay purchases as it is not an authorized purchase channel from Fortinet

I am not sure if you could create an account on support portal, and download the firmware from there.
