ok but when you say the recommendation a tiered approach you are saying
that the switches should be dual-homed as well? what's the difference
between a ring topology and an access switch with only a single uplink
correct me if i am wrong but my understanding that in a tiered topology
and for my access layer specifically - I would need to dual home every
single access switch? Correct?
it's up now. so one side is passive and the cisco side is active is the
recommended approach? I always thought they should match on both side. i
disable edge port for mc-lag - is this required because I am spanning
