IPMAC binding can be added manually by an administrator or via DHCP.

In some cases, it is necessary to delete the record of the IPMAC binding when the device has been decommissioned or the IP has to be relocated. To delete the record added manually, it can be achieved via the following command:
config firewall ipmacbinding table delete <id> end
On the other hand, if the record is added by DHCP, the record can be deleted by either revoking the lease of the IP or via the following command:
diag firewall ipmac delete <IP> <MAC Address> Note: |
