I have a setup as image indicates. I have a main and backup tunnel in my
VPN VDOM, that work as expected. When main link is unavailable, the 4G
backup takes over. When wan1 is OK again, the traffic moves back. Then I
have another tunnel from root VDO...
So I connected two ports to a Juniper EX4550, and configured an
aggregated interface with those two members. The AE interface did not
come up. EX set to use 802.3ad (no LACP). So I set lacp-mode to static,

I use 4 interfaces - IPSEC-1 and 2, and 4G-1 and 2. IPSEC-1 primary,
IPSEC-2 secondary etc. config system virtual-wan-link set status enable
config members edit 1 set interface "4G-1" set cost 50 ## not sure if
needed next edit 2 set interface "4G-2"...
