Description

This article describes that when logged in as specific Admin Users, the Server List does not display the expected FortiNAC servers.
Logging in as another user allows the FortiNAC servers to be displayed.

Manager output.master log displays messages similar to the following:

com.bsc.api.user.NoSuchYamsUserException: No user by the name <userid>yams SEVERE

However, logs also show messages indicating successful polls of the servers that should be listed in the Server List.

Scope

Version: 8.x and above.

Solution

Ensure the Admin User record is added to all pods.  The Admin User record password must be the same on all pods.

Otherwise, the FortiNAC servers that do not have the Admin User will not display.
