Scope FortiNAC all versions.
Solution

Option 1:  Release Notes.

Review the Release Notes located in the Fortinet Document Library.

Search for the model using the search field in the document.

Tip: Use the latest Release Notes for each minor version (9.4, 9.2, 9.1, etc).

Option 2:  System OID.

Open a support ticket and submit the System OID information.

If the device is online, the System OID information can be collected via the appliance CLI.
