Solution |
Option 1: Release Notes.
Review the Release Notes located in the Fortinet Document Library. Search for the model using the search field in the document.
Option 2: System OID.
Open a support ticket and submit the System OID information. If the device is online, the System OID information can be collected via the appliance CLI.
