Description
This article describes that Support contract information displayed in the dashboard of the FortiGate Web GUI is not reflecting the correct information even after FortiGate has obtained its next AV/IPS update.
Scope
FortiGate.
Solution
Confirm that the new contract has been correctly applied to the appropriate FortiGate in the support site.
Otherwise, one possible reason for the observed behavior is that any changes to the support coverage that involve a change in the following:
- Enhanced Support - e.g. 8x5 coverage to 24x7 coverage or vice versa.
- Hardware Coverage - e.g. Advanced Replacement to Return to Factory or vice versa. It will not be reflected on the FortiGate Web GUI Until the old support contract has expired.
- If only the primary cluster device was updated - ALL cluster devices need to have an appropriate contract, otherwise GUI will only reflect the contract that ends earliest.
