This article provides commands that need to be collected from the FortiExtender Command Line Interface to provide more information for the Technical Support team when creating a new ticket.

Solution
Log in to the FortiExtender Command Line Interface using the PuTTY application..
Execute the following commands on the FortiExtender Command Line Interface and attach the output to the ticket:
get system version
get extender status
get modem status
get system status
get modem firmware-version
get system interface
get system app-status
execute ifconfig
execute log event display
show config
show full
execute modemfw AtTest modem1 AT+CGDCONT#
execute modemfw AtTest modem1 AT+QNWPREFCFG#
For FortiExtender communication issues with FortiGate or the Internet, collect the following logs at the time of the issue:
execute debug EXTD info on execute debug NETD info on execute debug CONNMGR connection on execute log event display
To collect debug info:
execute debuginfo export tftp <filename.tgz> <tftp server ip address>
