This article provides commands that need to be collected from the FortiExtender Command Line Interface to provide more information for the Technical support team when creating a new ticket.

FortiExtender.
Solution
Login to the FortiExtender Command Line Interface using Putty Application.
Capture the session into a text file.
Execute the following commands on the FortiExtender Command Line Interface and attach the output to the ticket:
get system version
get extender status
get modem status
get system status
get modem firmware-version
get system interface
get system app-status
execute ifconfig
execute log event display
show config
show full
execute modemfw AtTest modem1 AT+CGDCONT#
execute modemfw AtTest modem1 AT+QNWPREFCFG#
To collect debug info:
execute debuginfo export tftp <filename.tgz> <tftp server ip address>
Above mentioned debug file can be collected from the Graphical User Interface of the FortiExtender as well.
