Troubleshooting Tip: Captive portal authentication timeout on FortiEdge Cloud

Description	This article details regarding authentication timeout when using the 'My Captive Portal' feature from FortiEdge Cloud.
Scope	FortiEdge Cloud 24.3.0 or newer.
Solution	When using FortiEdge Cloud captive portal, there is a default authentication timeout for all users of 86400 seconds, i.e. 24 hours. As of now, there is no way to extend this authentication timeout unless an external captive portal is used where the user can configure the session timeout. This means that every time a user accesses the SSID, after 24 hours, that user will have to go through the captive portal authentication process again.
