Technical Tip: Required information for TAC tickets

Description	This article describes what information to provide during a ticket creation when reporting a FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer issue.
Scope	FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
Solution	Backup config file: Go to System Settings -> Dashboard -> System Information -> System Configuration -> Backup. Download the backup config file and share it into the ticket with a password (if applicable). TAC report: Generate TAC report by running the below command on SSH session: execute tac report Wait till it runs to finish, save the output, and attach it to the ticket.
