The FortiAP-S Series is a new line of Fortinet Wi-Fi APs, running our award-winning FortiGuard security services directly on every access point. This is the industry’s most secure cloud-managed enterprise Wi-Fi solution, none of our competitors even come close to this level of security in a cloud-managed AP. The FortiAP-S Series is a game changer.
To be clear, FortiAP-S Series APs are entirely managed by FortiCloud. This gives our customers the best of both worlds – a secure WLAN without needing a FortiGate. For more information on how it works, take a look at our new FortiAP-S Series Deployment Guide.
We’ve also created a new Fortinet Secure WLAN Solution Guide. This document sits above the FortiAP-S Series Deployment Guide and provides an overview of our complete Secure WLAN solution, including how we position FortiWiFi, FortiAP-S, and our traditional FortiAP products.
