I have a situation where we are trying to allow a vendor to VPN into
their device on our network, which is physically connected to our
firewall. See the diagram attached. We've tried to create firewall
policies to allow WAN 1 > Port 2 and Port 2 > WA...
Anyone ever see a Fortinet daily report get blocked due to malicious
URL? I get daily reports from our fortigates and this one was blocked.
This is what mimecast shows in the log. Strange is that same report, on
the same day went to our helpdesk with...

We are having an issue with our FortiClient users not reconnecting after
a brief network drop on their home internet. If they have a quick drop,
we measured it at about 10sec, the VPN will reconnect/stay alive. But if
they drop their internet for mor...
So, more testing and messing around with it...I got the reconnect to

Yea, checked that one too. It actually caused some weird issues where
the client would connect for 2sec, then disconnect, then reconnect for 2
sec, then disconnect again. It did this over and over. I had to disable
it again.
Yea, I've looked at those docs. The only setting on EMS that I don't
have set is the Save Password option. I wasn't keen on allowing users to
save their password for the VPN. Seems to be a possible security hole.
Is that really the only way to auto-r...
I know this is an old thread, but we are seeing more than a 50% drop
between a user's native speed versus when on VPN. Their internet
provider speed is 150M, on VPN it's 46M. We are on a FortiGate 200E
running 7.0.9. The user has FortiClient via EMS,...
