SOLUTION! (for me and one other user, at least).Try a different internet
connection before starting the installation. After I downloaded the exe
file I unplugged from my home wifi and switched to my work phone's
hotspot. And suddenly it works. Credit...
I cannot believe that switching to my mobile's hotspot worked! I have
been searching the internet and trying all kinds of complex solutions
for over 5 hours. THANK YOU for posting this!!!!
