Going to open a ticket on this as well but wanted to see if anyone else
had this same issue. Did the upgrade from 5.4.3 to 5.6.0 and as far as I
can tell nothing changed in our policies except the deep packet
inspection profile was automatically rena...
Just wondering if anyone has seen this error message in Chrome before,
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. We've been testing deep packet inspection and I
thought it may be due to that, but a user who isn't in the test group
reported he's seeing the same issue in Ch...
Anyone know if it's possible to get this report to work with a regular
policy rather than having to enable 'learning mode'? This report is
really great at a glance, would probably be beneficial for all policies
rather than be limited to learning mode...
We currently have our FortiGate connected over IPSec to Rackspace where
we have our Duo server. For some reason I cannot get the FortiGate to
see the Duo server's IP or recognize that it's there at all. When I try
to test the connection, it says 'Ser...
Can anyone assist with this issue or have seen it before? Basically we
keep getting hundreds of blocked 'threats' in our logs from an unknown
source to the OpenDNS server IP's: We do use OpenDNS for filtering
purposes as well and keep the DNS Filter ...
Thanks, the issue didn't have to do with the certificate being used. For
example, the goto products like gotomeeting and gotoassist and such all
worked fine in 5.4.2 with deep inspection enabled with only a minimum of
exceptions, I think we had *.got...
Sort of. I had to go through each app that wasn't working and find lists
of exceptions to add on their websites. Never got an answer as to why
they all worked in 5.4 without the added exceptions but not in 5.6.
If you're using deep packet inspection you'll have to add Onedrive as an
exception. There is a list of URL's here:

This seems very exce...
Nice, we were waiting for 5.6.2 due to all the bugs that were reported
but only three fixes and five pages worth of known issues, maybe we'll
wait a while longer...
Hesitant to upgrade to 5.6.1 since the general consensus here so far
seems to be every time they fix something, something else breaks and I'm
inclined to agree with that. 5.6.0 broke our SSL-VPN connections,
everyone disconnects after 5-10 minutes of...
