Hello i'm having trouble connecting my Fortigate 60D to FortiCloud when
I try to add the unit it says"FortiCloud internal error" also you cant
add it manually online it wants a FortiCloud key which the Fortigate 60D
didn't come with when it was new.
Captive Portal login with a local username and password on the Fortigate
works. With LDAP remote authentication it fails. It did the same thing
in 6.0.3 when will this be fixed. We have rolled back to 6.0.2
Using remote LDAP server auth with captive portals and SSL VPN login no
longer works. i tested the Username and password using the test tool on
the LDAP Servers it was suessful buth when I try to log in via my wifi
captive portal i get authcation fai...
I have it disabled skip-check-for-unsupport-browser it won’t let login
from any web browser including the most update versions of IE 11 on
Windows 7/10 and Edge on Windows 10. So I have to enable it even though
I’m using a supported web browser.
