This article describes how to capture logs PRI trunk in the Fortivoice for further troubleshooting. |
Scope | FortiVoice PRI trunk calls. |
Solution |
1) Open a CLI by console GUI or by SSH:
2) Activate trace log for PRI trunk.
diag debug application voiced trace-log pri
3) Make test calls using PRI trunk and once done run the below command to disable the trace.
diag debug application voiced trace-log disable
4) Download 'trace-log' from GUI: System -> Maintenance -> Configuration (at the bottom of the page) and attach the trace-log to the ticket.
Select 'Prepare'. After a couple of minutes, select 'Refresh' and then get the trace log 'Download trale log...'
5) Send the log to Fortinet support to be analyzed.
Note: Capturing trace logs has not caused service interruption. Capture trace logs to help to do call troubleshooting and make a proper analysis of the issue. |
