Description This article shows the basic commands to be executed on FortiSandBox when opening a ticket.
Scope FortiSandbox.
Solution

To start the validation of the ticket, these commands will help the TAC Team. Run them when the problem is present.

 

*** If Device is Version 4.0 and Above ***

# tac-report -l

 

*** If Device is Version 3.2.2 and Above ***
# tac-report

 

*** If Device is Below Version 3.2.2 ***
# status
# sandbox-engines
# vm-status
# test-network
# vm-license -l
# diagnose-sys-perf
# diagnose-sys-top -l30 -i2
# pending-jobs show all all all
