Solution |
After upgrading to FortiSOAR 7.4.2 on FortiCloud, if the login page does not load properly users must clear the cache. To clear the cache, 'right-click' any part of the webpage and select Inspect, to open 'Developer tools' including the editor, Console, Sources, and other tools. Then, 'right-click' the Reload this page icon and select the Empty Cache and Hard Reload button:
Once the cache is cleared, retry loading the login page. |
