Solution |
When trying to import users from the Azure AD, it shows the error 'Internal Error occured during sync' as per below even though the test connection shows successful.
This is caused by having 2 users with the same email ID. For example below, it got 2 users with the same email ID in the Azure AD and only the case is changing.
Email ID, Azure Principal ID
Remove the duplicate users to make the sync successful. |
