Description

This article describes how to use the CLI CloudAPITool to integrate FortiNAC with Mist Cloud API Service Connector when the poll is not pulling in any data.

Scope

FortiNAC-F v7.6.0 and v7.6.2.

Solution

To use the CLI CloudAPITool to integrate FortiNAC with Mist Cloud API Service Connector when it the poll is not pulling in any data, log into the CLI of FortiNAC as an administrative user.

Run the following command to enter the shell:

execute enter-shell

Use the CloudAPITool to complete the integration:

CloudAPITool -domain api.eu.mist.com -action discovery -port 443 -apikey <api-token> -site <site-id>

The following fields will need to be updated with the corresponding unique values:

domain.
apikey.
site.
