Description

This article describes how to obtain MIBs and OIDs for FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.

Scope

FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.

Solution

FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer share the same MIB database file (FORTINET-FORTIMANAGER-FORTIANALYZER-MIB.mib).

FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer uses the common CORE MIB (FORTINET-CORE-MIB.mib).

Both the CORE MIB and the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer MIBs can be downloaded from the Fortinet Support Portal.

Downloading the MIBs and OIDs

1) Log into the Fortinet support portal at https://support.fortinet.com and navigate to the Firmware Download page.

Under Support -> Firmware Download, select Product (FortiManager) and then Download.

4) Once the MIBs are downloaded, use any third-party SNMP browser software to view the appropriate SNMP OIDs for the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer.

Below is a sample SNMP OID (.1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.103.2.1.1.0) for the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer CPU Usage.
