Solution |
The specific URL has been added in Override Rating to override the category as 'local-exempt' to prevent it from being detected by FortiGuard Webfilter.
When the email is received by FortiMail, the email gets detected by FortiGuard Webfilter and takes action based on the configured AntiSpam profile.
To troubleshoot this issue, check on the AntiSpam profile for the matching policy. Find the URL profile used in the URL Category.
Check on the URL Category Profile and make sure the category for 'local-exempt' is disabled to exclude this category from being detected by FortiGuard Webfilter.
