Technical Tip: FortiMail Cloud active mailbox exceeds the license count

Description	This article describes what to do if FortiMail Cloud exceeds the license count.
Scope	FortiMail Cloud.
Solution	Mailbox number is calculating the delivered successfully incoming emails. This active mailbox number on the dashboard is only a reminder. It is also calculated every month. For instance, if one employee leaves the company, the mail user will not be available. It will be counted as an invalid mailbox user next month. To build an automated cleanup process please configure below settings: Configure Recipient Address Verification: Go to Domain & User -> Domain -> Domain, select the protected domain,  Expand Recipient Address Verification, and enable the SMTP/LDAP server for verification. Configure Automatic Removal of Invalid Quarantine Accounts: Go to Domain & User -> Domain -> Domain, select the protected domain, expand Automatic Removal of Invalid Quarantine Accounts and enable SMTP/LDAP server.
