| Solution |
If a domain name is not included in the database and the URL is seen by the FDN server for the first time, it is identified as a 'Newly Observed Domain'. Follow the link: Web Filter Classification Rating Request.
Step 1: Enter the following information.
URL: Enter the new domain acquired. Suggest a category: Select the most relatable category to the business.
Note: The suggested category does not need to be taken by the FDN server.
Attach: An error screenshot seen on the end-user machine can be attached. Contact information: Provide valid details in the contact list.
The response time for URL re-categorization done via the FortiGuard Web Filter Rating Submission may differ based on the volume and priority of submissions in the queue.
